Bacon Wrapped Beef Tenderloin (4-Pack)

 This 4-pack of our amazingly tasty beef tenderloin medallions are individually wrapped with our in house thick bacon.

We recommend that you lightly season with salt & pepper and:

• Grill on the BBQ to your desired temp
• Pan fry with butter - searing both sides then basting with it's juices, throwing in a knob of garlic and a few sprigs of thyme.
